Emo Clothes

Emo fashion is now becoming a trend to teens and young adults. Mostly they involve themselves in choosing popular emo clothing that is always in style.

New Emo Hairstyle-Haircuts: Emo Clothes

There are different clothes that make you have an emo look. Boys and girls have their own personal styles in creating and making themselves have a unique emo look.

New Emo Hairstyle-Haircuts: Emo Snickers

Most emo boys and girls wear the same kind of clothes, accessories, and shoes. They would most apparently just differ in sizes.

Now here are some tips on what clothing to use in creating an emo look:

1.Purchase a pair of Converse Chuck Taylor or Vans sneakers or shoes. Choose a color and design that you want with matching cute colors of its shoelaces.

2.Wear striped socks that are knee-high. Select vibrant colors such as neon pink or green. Your socks do not necessarily have to match with the clothes you wear.

New Emo Hairstyle-Haircuts: Emo Jeans

3.Buy tight fitting jeans that are black or any other dark colors. Make sure the jeans are long enough that goes down to the rims of your shoes.

4.A studded belt is best worn with your skinny jeans. These belts have various colors and designs that you can choose from.

New Emo Hairstyle-Haircuts: Emo Bow

5.Wear slim fitting t-shirts. The designs may include band names, logos, or guitars that may express what bands you listen to. You may choose loud and dark colors. One tip in choosing the size of the shirt is to pick for one size smaller than what you normally wear.

6.Wear wrist bands that have the name of your favorite band. You need to select from the colors of your preference.

7.Find black plastic framed glasses. Choose any shape that you want that matches your emo clothes.

8.Wear hoodies and jackets of your own preference. You may opt to select loud colors that have nice prints and designs.

9.For girls, find skirts that have dark or loud colors. Skull designs or band name logos would make a perfect emo look.

10.Find an exclusive emo hairstyle. Choose among the different characteristics of its length, highlights, or bangs to create a perfect emo look.

After knowing all these, emo kids are reminded to choose perfectly what they really want to wear. They do not consequently have to wear everything on them.
Emo kids should also remember that confidence is the key to success of being a real emo. Now remember, be yourself at any time.

Emo The Attitude

Emo the Attitude

Many teenagers are eager to find ways to be always with their friends. They do not want to stay at home, rather they would prefer to be in malls, park, and disco bars with their friends.

New Emo Hairstyle-Haircuts: Emo Girl

Teenage years is said to be the most difficult times for the parents to discipline their children. This is the time when children spend much time outside the home.

In school, students learn not only from their instructors but from their classmates and friends as well. Somehow, it is the place where friendship among teens begins.

New Emo Hairstyle-Haircuts: Emo Kids

The emo attitude is known very known to many people. Little do others know of the real feelings and attitude of an emo.

The young generation today is more open to express their feelings towards any situation. They always view life in a positive outlook.

New Emo Hairstyle-Haircuts: Emo Boy

Generally, emo kids are labeled as the ones who are depressed. However, this does not apply to all because others want to think that they are depressed when in fact they are not.

Emo kids are sensitive when it comes to caring for nature and animals. They may not seem to be showy of their true feelings but they really are concern of certain things in life and the society.

New Emo Hairstyle-Haircuts: Emo Kiss

All emo kids have the attitude of being confident. When you know you can carry yourself perfectly, your emo attitude is very much appreciated.

To add more, emo kids are very good conversationalists. Choose a topic you like to talk about, surely an emo would have something to say.

New Emo Hairstyle-Haircuts: Emo Couple

The emo attitude of being kind to others and animals is always within an emo. He or she could never afford to be insensitive to others feelings.

The best emo attitude that most of us would surely like is being trustworthy. You can share your secrets to an emo kid and surely he or she would not spread the secrets told to him or her.

New Emo Hairstyle-Haircuts: Emo Love

Despite all of the characteristics and attitudes of an emo, there are still many people who misunderstand them. Most people find them noisy and always get in trouble.

Nonetheless, there is no harm in getting to know them. After all, they are human beings who exist in this world and express themselves freely.

They are not bad people as most people think they are. So how about if you venture in making friends with them?

Surely your concept of what an emo is and what their attitudes are would be eliminated. You should remember that they are only showing their own personal style.

Preparing for the Prom- Look Fabulous with these tips!!!

Hey Fashionistas:

I recently did a prom expo with celebrity hair stylist, Naeemah Johnson of Celebrity Hair Studio. I had a great time. I was a host and feature model and I had the privilege of sitting in Naeemah’s chair and getting the best hairstyle to date. I loved the long soft curls the she gave that created a youthful and elegant look. Check out the pics.

I also love the make up that was created by Naeema (different person). She definitely knows how to make a face! I appreciated the natural look and the eyes were amazing.

So here are my prom predictions for the year:

1. Definitely a soft makeup with a little color. Don’t go crazy and splatter so much color on you that you look like a circus act. Keep it simple and pretty. This is the celebrity look that is totally glam.

2. Natural hair is definitely a go! Have your tresses dangle softly. No extreme styles, just soft and pretty. Think of Lena Horne, Mayme Johnson (wife of Bumpy Johnson, the Harlem Gangster). I also like the 30’s wave look. Think of Dorothy Dandridge and Josephine Baker. etc.

3. Dresses should be long and beautiful. Please, do not wear a bikini to the prom. That is for the pool party afterwards. Too much skin is not attractive on such a special night and since we are teens, the look should be reminiscent of classic not tragic! If you are looking for a great dress, check out http://www.walishgooshe.com/ for beautiful dresses that are hot! (this is not a Walish Gooshe in the images)

4. You can never go wrong with a cute clutch that is glittery, a pair of dangling crystal earrings, and glittery shoes.

5. When in doubt, visit a stylist like my favorite, Angela Edmunds of Showroom 77 (http://www.showroom77.net/) she can help you get the perfect look at a reasonable cost.

Have fun high school seniors and juniors and send me pics of what you wore so that I can post them on my page.

(NO PICS YET)But Need less to say this tattoo has alot of meaning & I Love It !

Still I Rise

You may write me down in history
With your bitter, twisted lies,
You may trod me in the very dirt
But still, like dust, I'll rise.

Does my sassiness upset you?
Why are you beset with gloom?
'Cause I walk like I've got oil wells
Pumping in my living room.

Just like moons and like suns,
With the certainty of tides,
Just like hopes springing high,
Still I'll rise.

Did you want to see me broken?
Bowed head and lowered eyes?
Shoulders falling down like teardrops.
Weakened by my soulful cries.

Does my haughtiness offend you?
Don't you take it awful hard
'Cause I laugh like I've got gold mines
Diggin' in my own back yard.

You may shoot me with your words,
You may cut me with your eyes,
You may kill me with your hatefulness,
But still, like air, I'll rise.

Does my sexiness upset you?
Does it come as a surprise
That I dance like I've got diamonds
At the meeting of my thighs?

Out of the huts of history's shame
I rise
Up from a past that's rooted in pain
I rise
I'm a black ocean, leaping and wide,
Welling and swelling I bear in the tide.
Leaving behind nights of terror and fear
I rise
Into a daybreak that's wondrously clear
I rise
Bringing the gifts that my ancestors gave,
I am the dream and the hope of the slave.
I rise
I rise
I rise.

GLAD THEY MADE UP But if you ask me Q needs to work on his communication skills instead of trying to fight everyone and crying all the damn time. Theres a time to be sensitive but geesh

Cassie New Hair Style.

In the words of my sister "what is this world coming too?"
She had mad long hair and somewhere down the line things just went bad. My opinion atleast add a design, the plain side fade - is not doing it for me -_-

Word To The Wise.

I came across this blog and i have to say i was very shocked by all the things i read. I mean im not going to put the blog up until futher notice but as far as im concerned the majority of people - put it on themselves to have "someone" look down on them and blog about them. tsk. i mean ofcourse it is not my business and i try to keep my fair distance from the "mix" and from people who surround themselves with no-gooders but i feel like , had you kept your business to yourself - NO ONE will have the ability to air you out and destroy whats left of your rep. Theres a fine line between having fun and doing what has to be done - the RIGHT way.

So word to the wise , like i always tell my friends - dont mix business with pleasure and everyone that smiles in your face aint your friend. Just like everything that glitters aint gold, feel me?

FRIENDSHIP comes from years of understanding ones personal issues and the ability to stand by them. NOT "oh we went to this party together - shes my friend" NO ! thats not a friend, because she drove you home or let you hold down something because you was short.

I feel like people need to sit back and understand the word friendship and the word respect for thy self and for others. smh once your rep is destroyed its def hard to bring things back to normal, you know - so just think before you speak and so on. AIGHT ?!

Look Who's Back!!!

Hey you guys! Did you miss me???

I know that I haven’t written any hot articles or taped a March show because I was really under the weather! I couldn’t stop coughing, sneezing and on top of all that I couldn’t even talk! Thank goodness I’m better now!

Today was my first day back to work and I have to say it felt GREAT! I went to a great class called Fashion Boot Camp 101: For Teens with Marissa Rizzuto. She gave an excellent step by step guide in how to break into the fashion industry and pinpoint what exactly you want to do in the industry. It was very informative and definitely something I would recommend any stylista or fashionista to attend. Be sure to check my Blog in a week to read and see what I had to say about the book that goes along with the class that revealed so much about the fashion industry.

What was most impressive about Marissa is that she is very personable and even gave us her contact information so that with any questions that we have or concerns, we can get in touch with her… kind of like a big sister in fashion :)!

All and all I was happy to be back and ready to Blog and Blog!!! Be sure to check the site each day for more updates and follow me on Facebook!!!

Emo Style!

Emo Style!

Emo” is the urban word used by today’s generation. Emo is gotten from “emotional”. Usually, teenagers join into this kind of subculture of the “emo” style. This is because the young people of this generation would want to use their feelings which would transcend in how they look or think.

Drees Emo

What is this infamous emo style that the modern youngsters are interested to pattern themselves into? Emo style revolutionizes a group of young people’s culture. This style influences young minds into its way of thinking, fashion trends, music, and even hairstyles!

Emo Nails

The popularity of this emo style is rapid because it teaches being against today’s pop culture. The teenagers do some kind of self-expression through how they look. They seem to look different, like an outcast, but in an eccentric way.

Emo Boy

Emo’s Principles:

If you are an emo, you certainly do not want to be like most people. You think differently and are so in touch with your own feelings. If you hear a touching music you could relate to, you are free to shout, cry, scream, or whatever.

Emos’ fashion trends:

Those individuals with emo style are often seen with tight jeans, a studded belt, horn-rimmed glasses, and vintage outfits. They are a fan of black-colored stuffs, like black shirts, pants, nails, or shoes.

Emo Hairstyle

Emos’ hairstyles:

The usual hue of emos’ hair is black or anything deeply dark-colored. They have long bangs that would cover one or both of their eyes. The mark of their hairstyle is something bold and outstanding.

Emos’ music:

It is not really punk as most people think. Emo style is very distinct in their music. It differs from punk because it shows more of human’s weaknesses and openness contrary to punk’s mood of rage or anger.

Real Emo

Fake vs. Real Emo

The definition of emo style from the teenagers nowadays has sparked a lot of arguments and confusion. Those teenagers who are engaged with this style are called “emos”. Now, two groups have emerged to claim as emos.

Emo Boy

The two groups of stereotyped emos are:

1. Irritating Emos

When punk bands were introduced, like Chemical Romance, some teenagers followed their trend and called themselves, “emo”.

Layered Emo Hair

These are those who cared about how their bangs fall into their faces. They draw thick, black lines to encircle their eyes with eyeliners. They go to the public and claim proudly that they are “emos”. They rebel to their parents, drink, smoke, and do things to piss others, especially those who are in authority. And, they call these emo styles as cool.

Emo Eye

They want to show people that it’s cool to be sad and depressed. So, they usually cut their wrists as an evidence of how much engross they are with their sadness.

This emo style worries parents and those surrounding them. They disturb people by being problematic to society.

Emo Girl

2. Composed Emos

This group of emos never claimed Chemical Romance as an emo style of music. They do not patronize punk with hateful lyrics. Instead, they like to display an emo style of music through the lyrics’ display of the soul’s vulnerability. The distinguished band with emo music is “Rites of Spring”.

Fake Emo

This group does not care what people think of their hair or fashion. As a matter of fact, they do not really like putting gel on their hair, or carefully placing their bangs in a certain way. They do not do things just so people think they are rebellious, but because they believe in their causes. This emo style is not affected if people would label them as emos or not.
